Ingredients:
Youmee Air-dried MiSua 1 pack
Abalone Tin (small) Half Tin
Egg One
Minced Garlic 2 soup spoons
Ginger 3 slices
Minced chicken 50g
Chicken ball 3 pieces
Goji 10g
Dressing:
Water 500 ml
Salt & Pepper A Pinch
Soy sauce 2 soup spoons
Cooking oil 2 soup spoons
Method:
- Boil an egg and peel off its shell.
- Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the minced garlic, slices of ginger and stir fry them.
- Add the minced chicken and fry until its colour changed.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir fry.
- Pour in water, add the Youmee Air-dried Misua and chicken balls to boil.
- After boiling, add canned abalone along with its sauce, goji and let it boil for a while, add salt and pepper for flavouring. The dish is ready to serve.
